About Gino Canori

Based in San Francisco, Gino Canori has accrued more than two decades of expertise in planning, financing, and developing mixed-use, mixed-income, and market-value multi-use and multi-family real estate projects throughout California. Gino Canori has been with the firm Related California since 2001, accepting his current position of executive vice president and chief development officer in 2014.

Mr. Canori received his undergraduate degree with a concentration in business from the University of Southern California. He quickly entered the real estate development profession as an acquisition manager with Newport Beach-headquartered Carmel Partners, where he helped facilitate the acquisition of some 1,000 apartments.

At Related California, Gino Canori is responsible for the build-out of a $3 billion pipeline consisting of thousands of multi-family units, in addition to commercial space totaling half a million square feet in San Francisco and Southern California. His other notable accomplishments with the company include his work as a project executive on the Ocean Avenue South mixed-income development in Santa Monica. This 1 million-square-foot project earned a highly coveted Urban Land Institute Global Award for Excellence in 2016.
