The 2021 ULI Virtual Spring Meeting

As executive vice president of San Francisco-based Related California, Gino Canori leverages more than 20 years of relevant experience to oversee all aspects of development for major multifamily, mixed-income real estate projects throughout the state. Complementing his experience, Gino Canori holds membership with the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

The oldest professional network of land-use experts and real estate professionals, ULI is composed of more than 45,000 members worldwide. These members will have the opportunity to convene in a virtual setting for the 2021 ULI Virtual Spring Meeting, scheduled for May 10-12. The three-day conference will include a range of general sessions as well as two 90-minute virtual tours/networking meetings.

The 360-degree virtual tours will highlight several award-winning projects worldwide, and tours will be led by the team responsible for the development of the respective project. Selected sites include Boulder Junction (Colorado), Regent Park (Canada), Scioto Peninsula Cultural District (Ohio), and EDGE Grand Central Berlin (Germany).

Keynote speakers for the event are Netflix chief marketing officer Bozoma Saint John and Allianz chief economic advisor Mohamed El-Erian. They will contribute to and lead discussions on the meeting's central topics, which include the post-pandemic economy, climate change, urban migration, and other factors that will shape the real estate industry.
